Approval of Southland 75 Shopping Center Development Plan

Tonight, I represented property owner RCG Southland LLC before the Miami Township Board of Trustees in support of a Major Modification application to amend the permitted zoning uses within the Southland 75 Shopping Center in the Dayton Mall area. The Board voted unanimously in favor of amending the PD-5 Development Standards for the Center to allow a new tenant called “Get Air” to provide indoor recreational activities in the former Office Depot space (between Hobby Lobby & Plato’s Closet).
