Representing land owners in seeking conditional use approvals, variances, and site plan approvals under local zoning ordinances.  Representing opponents before the Ohio Power Siting Board to applications for permits to construct industrial wind turbine projects.  Experienced presenting evidence to the Dayton Landmarks Commission regarding Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations, demolition and/or moving of historic structures within historic districts.  Knowledgeable about selection criteria for listing buildings on the National Register of Historic Places.
